Rejoicing with you! Eli is most definitely a "good and perfect gift." God is SO good. What a blessing it is to know your family.
We spent the 4th with our good friend's family. Her oldest brother was born with CP. He's 54 now, I think. He is just such a precious soul. I spoke to his father for awhile and he shared briefly about his son's birth, diagnosis and challenges that they faced early on. He then went on to talk in great length about the joy, laughter and bonding his son has brought their family. I was so blessed by his words and deep devotion & love for his beautiful son. And to think, some people think God makes mistakes. They are so wrong.
